Online Wellbeing Series – Calm, Healthy Minds
We recognise that taking a holistic approach to mental wellbeing is more important than ever. We are pleased to provide our staff, members, and industry partners this upcoming free 4-part (30 minute) online mindfulness workshop series over 8 weeks to assist you in staying well and proactively looking after your wellbeing.
Being kind to ourselves as we navigate these challenging times vital and as we look to sustain our health both during and as we transition out.
Sally Cumming will be sharing some practical tips and strategies to a healthy mind, body and maintaining good habits year-round.
More about Sally
Sally is a Certified Mindfulness Practitioner with the (MTIA) Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia. Her background as an AEP, as well as her training in cognitive-behavioural therapy and stress physiology, means she is passionate about mental health and teaching resilience strategies that can be implemented into the workplace to reduce stress and improve mental health.
Sally teaches mindful leadership programs, as well as psychological resilience programs to employees across the not-for profit, government, education and corporate sector. She works as a mindfulness counsellor, providing training to psychologists, social workers, disability staff, specialists, WorkCover clients and individuals experiencing high levels of psychological distress, stress, anxiety and depression.
Sally is also a long-term member of Anglesea SLSC and celebrated athlete.
