Platinum Pool Program

The Platinum Pool Program was introduced to highlight aquatic facilities achieving the highest standards in aquatic safety and risk management, with accreditation recognised as a sign of excellence within the Industry. The program is driven by a Steering Committee with program facilities adhering to a strict ‘Code of Practice’. The program involves completion of a combination of assessment processes every 12 months.

Service cost (incl GST) – $2950

In 2022, Life Saving Victoria extended the Platinum Pool program to now grant 60 facilities the award across three divisions, including leisure centres, education and university pools and learn to swim centres. In doing so, 10 facilities from the education and university sector and another 10 from the learn to swim sector will have the opportunity to join an exclusive club of 40 Victorian aquatic facilities currently holding the accreditation in the leisure centre category.
