Water Safety Information – Translated

Water safety is extremely important and LSV wants all Australians and visitors to stay safe. There are many different waterways and dangers to be aware of.

Millions of people visit at least one of Australia’s beautiful beaches every year. These famous beaches are  enjoyed by Australians and visitors from all over the world – some who come for a holiday and others who choose to make Australia home.

While Australian beaches look amazing, they hide some dangers that every visitor should know about.

CLICK HERE to visit Surf Life Saving Australia’s BeachSafe website for beach safety information in a number of languages.

Beaches are not the only waterways to be wary of. Rivers, lakes, swimming pools and water around the home can also be dangerous. CLICK HERE to see the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia’s (RLSSA’s) translated water safety factsheet organised by language.
